I am looking for a camera with a viewfinder and not just the LCD screen, and records to a Memory Stick?
For some reason, the new camcorders longer have view finders. This is a problem that when I'm on vacation in WDW do not want to use the LCD screen in many of the attractions due to lighting.
I prefer a viewfinder anyway. Consider a Sony HDR HC-7. We love ours. It's great in a variety of lighting conditions. To see an example (albeit low resolution) check my YouTube account and select the video Hachinohe. Of course, the source file is in high definition and looks much better. However, you can get an idea of the color saturation. I had to clarify some video through Adobe Premiere in the tank though … Good luck!

Industrial LCD and its use
LCD actually simply means liquid crystal display. An industrial LCD monitor is usually used with industrial equipment, but can also simply be used to display video images from any video source that currently exist, and is the most common and diverse electronic flat screen technology in use now. LCD technology has almost completely replaced the old cathode-ray technology that we all know and was used to monitor the industry for many years. Interestingly, LCD monitors tend to use only one third to half of the electricity used by a monitor cathode ray tube, it can take up to 90% less space and are easier on the eyes. So in the end, no wonder why it has replaced monitor cathode-ray tube.
An LCD monitor industrial uses technology similar to an LCD screen that nobody would buy. LCDs was first used on laptops just before the improved technology to make LCD panels for PCs too.
Industrial LCD monitors also exactly the same function as LCD monitors for PCs and laptops, which is simply to display the video image that is generated by the computer.
