Specs: 3GHz RAM Nvidia FX1700 DX9 2046 Intel Core 2 Duo is a Dell Precision Workstation T3400 want something that is really good for games
GTX 260. Very Good for games. If you want, better yet, go to GTX 280, or 285. If you want the most powerful card on the planet, get the GTX 295. The hell to get 3 and put them in SLI. But that probably cost about 3 PC's Good. Thus that a GTX 260 or 280 is a good choice.
